Behind The Expertise: Learn More About Nat
I was born in Singapore and grew up in Auckland, with early memories from Hobsonville, where we lived in NZ Airforce residences before it became the hub it is today. My love for health and fitness has been a lifetime passion. From athletics, long-distance running and netball to competing in the the Auckland Marathon and participating in the Cairns Ironman, staying active keeps me balanced and energised.
Outside of business, I’m a proud mum to two sporty kids and married to my wonderful husband—my rock and yin to my crazy. We live on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast in North Auckland, just a short drive from Orewa Beach. I love the beachy vibes, great cafes, and our dog-friendly beach, where our little rescue pup, Pinky, enjoys her adventures.
Balance is key in my life, whether it’s eating clean (with the occasional cheeky vino or G&T) or juggling my career, family, and fitness. I believe this balance also flows into the way I approach my work with clients—providing simple, stress-free solutions to help their businesses thrive.
